European budget operator B&B Hotels will deploy Duetto's revenue management platform across more than 930 properties in 19 countries, the two companies confirmed.
The rollout sits at the centre of a digital transformation programme at B&B Hotels, founded in Brest in 1990, designed to install consistent revenue management standards across the portfolio. The chain runs 19 European country operations alongside sites in Brazil and the United States, with France accounting for half of the estate.
How big is the deployment?
The agreement covers every B&B Hotels property. At 930+ sites, it ranks as one of the larger revenue management deployments yet signed by a European budget chain. France contributes close to 465 of those hotels based on its 50% share of the network.
The remaining footprint sits across 18 European markets plus Brazil and the United States, giving the deployment genuine multi-region reach rather than single-market depth.
Why did B&B Hotels pick Duetto?
Global chief operating officer David Garcia said: "We chose Duetto after a thorough RFP process as their products aligned closest with what we're trying to achieve. We have a strong focus on profitability across our properties, and this is where Duetto shone as adding the most value."
Selection followed a formal request-for-proposal process. B&B Hotels weighted scalability and profit-based decisioning over pure occupancy metrics. The chain signalled that pricing and forecasting automation had become a strategic priority, not a back-office upgrade.
Garcia added: "The platform will further support us in delivering our mission to provide the highest value on core essentials for the best price." The wording confirms B&B is targeting margin protection in a cost-led segment.
What does the platform actually do?
Duetto's system will give the group a consolidated view of total revenue and operational costs at portfolio level. Real-time data inputs will feed pricing and forecasting engines, cutting manual administration across revenue teams.
The platform replaces fragmented local pricing workflows with one central engine applied across the European estate, with Brazil and the United States addressed within the same programme. B&B Hotels expects individual property teams to gain sharper support on day-rate decisions.
What did the vendor say?
Duetto chief sales officer Michael Schäffner said: "B&B Hotels is exactly the kind of enterprise partner that proves what's possible when revenue strategy and profit management work as one, at scale. 930+ hotels. 19 countries. A business growing fast and determined to make every property perform."
Duetto framed the rollout as a revenue-culture project rather than a software swap. Both sides used profitability language, suggesting margin lift, not rate push, is the primary performance metric. The vendor will deploy training and onboarding teams alongside the technology.
What does it mean for European budget hospitality?
The deal signals that mid-tier European chains are now treating revenue management systems as core infrastructure, on a level with property management software. B&B's 930-site scale gives Duetto a reference customer in the budget segment, where price discipline tends to compress margins faster than at upscale operators.
What happens next?
Implementation will start across the European core with phased onboarding across the 19 markets. Brazil and US operations fall inside the same rollout envelope. B&B Hotels will measure margin and RevPAR impact as the system reaches steady-state usage, with results feeding into the group's wider expansion plans across Europe.
