White Rainbow standardises hotel operations on Mews platform
White Rainbow has picked Mews to run property administration, revenue functions and housekeeping workflows across its hotel portfolio, consolidating operations on one cloud platform.

White Rainbow has selected Mews as the hospitality operating system for its portfolio, handing the cloud platform control of property administration, revenue functions and housekeeping workflows across the group's hotels.
The deal consolidates three core back- and mid-office disciplines — front-desk administration, revenue management and room-operations scheduling — on a single system supplied by Mews, the Prague-founded property-management vendor that has become one of the most widely adopted platforms among independent and boutique operators in Europe.
For White Rainbow, the rationale is operational consolidation. Running property administration, revenue functions and housekeeping on one platform removes the integrations and manual hand-offs that typically sit between a legacy PMS, separate revenue tools and standalone housekeeping software. Mews positions its system as a full hospitality operating system rather than a classic PMS, with modules covering reservations, payments, tasks and reporting.
What does the switch change for the operator?
The scope named in the agreement covers the full guest-operations cycle:
- Property administration — reservations, front-desk operations and guest records managed in the Mews system.
- Revenue functions — pricing and rate management handled within the same platform rather than through bolt-on tools.
- Housekeeping workflows — room-status tracking and cleaning task assignment routed through Mews' operations module.
The three functions now run on one vendor stack, which shortens the training burden for staff moving between properties and gives management a single data set for performance review across the portfolio.
Why does this matter for the European market?
Mews has been steadily converting European independents and small groups from legacy on-premise PMS contracts. Wins of this kind matter to operators because they signal where mid-market expectations are settling: cloud delivery, integrated payments and task automation as standard, with revenue and housekeeping folded into the core system rather than procured separately.
For competing vendors — among them Opera Cloud, Apaleo and Cloudbeds — each portfolio that standardises on Mews narrows the addressable base of independent operators still running fragmented systems. For investors tracking the hospitality-technology segment, multi-property deployments of this type are the unit of growth that matters, since they lock in recurring per-room software revenue across an entire estate rather than a single site.
White Rainbow's decision also reflects a broader operational logic in the sector. Labour availability and housekeeping efficiency remain among the tightest constraints on European hotel margins, and platforms that automate task assignment and room-status updates attack that cost line directly. Bundling revenue functions into the same system likewise reduces dependence on standalone pricing tools at a time when rate volatility across European markets demands faster repricing cycles.
What happens next?
Implementation will proceed across the White Rainbow portfolio, with property administration, revenue and housekeeping functions migrating onto the Mews platform site by site. Operators and vendors watching the European mid-market should expect further consolidation moves of this kind as groups retire fragmented legacy stacks and standardise on single cloud platforms.
